Let’s get this started
So I’m new to this tumblr thing, and thanks to a good friend / fellow DJ (DJ Vicious), I’m hoping this thing can start a long awaited pseudo DJ career. I tend to have a much different sound live than I do in my mixes. Each one made reflects whatever mood I’m in at that moment. Some are deep chill out mixes, others are intense hard beats, while others are deep housey beats that will get anyone movin. My live style is of the latter - I love beats that are very deep, with lots of bass, and are entertaining. NO TRANCE. No poppy remixes of crappy songs. Just solid, fun, sick beats. My influences include everything from Digweed, Sasha, Sander Klienenburg, Lee Burridge, Habersham to Boards of Canada, Bonobo, Massive Attack etc. I’m hoping to start landing gigs around the Pittsburgh area maybe once or twice a month (due to my schedule). I feel that once my sound is heard, people will want to hear it again ;-)
